  • Our sauna and arts venue is meant to be a place of relaxation, creativity and connection. To keep it that way, we invite everyone to help create an atmosphere where all visitors feel welcome, respected and able to enjoy themselves.

    Please help us by:

    • Respecting others – welcome diversity and treat everyone with kindness.

    • Practising consent – check before touching, and avoid behaviour that could feel intrusive or intimidating.

    • Being mindful in your words and gaze – keep communication respectful, and avoid unwanted comments about someone’s body or appearance.

    • Sharing the space considerately – give others room to relax, speak softly in quiet areas and respect the flow of movement.

    • Asking before photographing – no photos in sauna spaces if anyone else is present without their consent.

    • Keeping it substance-free – no alcohol or drugs before or during sauna/ice bath use.

    • Supporting comfort and accessibility – be attentive to others’ needs and help keep the space welcoming for everyone.

We’re all part of the atmosphere we create together. If someone’s words or actions make you uncomfortable, please speak to a member of our team, we’ll listen, take it seriously and act if needed.

Anyone who disregards these guidelines may be asked to leave.
