How do credits work?
With the SOKI Weekly plan you get 4 credits per month. Everyday Sauna and Extended Sauna sessions cost 1 credit, while Ambient Sauna and Aufguss / Opgieting sessions cost 1.5 credits. When booking, credits are automatically deducted instead of paying with card.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, via your account page. New memberships have a minimum term of 3 months: if you cancel within the first 3 months, your membership runs until the end of month 3. After that it is cancellable monthly and stays active until the end of your current billing period - you won't be charged again after it ends.
When do credits reset?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (the date you subscribed). Whole unused credits do not roll over, but a leftover half credit carries over to the next month.
What if I run out of credits?
If you don't have enough credits for a session, you can still book and pay with card as usual. Or consider upgrading to the SOKI Unlimited plan for worry-free access.
