Friday and Saturday nights, and every other Sunday: a curated DJ lineup transforms the sauna into an immersive listening lounge.

70 minutes of sauna and ice bath access, with the freedom to stay for the full 4-hour event with live music from 19:00–23:00.

A traditional ritual led by our sauna masters: essential oils poured over hot stones create a burst of steam that carries you through a guided, sensory journey.

Includes a visualisation and homemade salt scrub, with full sauna and ice bath access woven in.

Programme

Alongside our regular Everyday and Social Sauna sessions, we run a weekly programme of special creative and community events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons.

Before you come

What to bring

Swimwear (mandatory), two towels, flip-flops or slides, and a water bottle. We provide complimentary water and maté tea.

Facilities

Traditional Finnish sauna, ice bath tubs, relaxation areas, rain showers, changing facilities and an outdoor terrace.

Booking & cancellation

Online booking recommended. Cancel up to 48 hours ahead for full credit. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund.

Groups & solo visits

Solo visits are very welcome. Groups of up to 15 people per time slot. For larger bookings, reach out to us directly.
